The CDO Network is learning about the trends that leaders in our field are seeing every day. Join us for a series of live interviews with top professionals who will share their current observations & how you can learn from them too.

Take just 30 minutes and join us for a conversation with ZRG Aspen Leadership Group’s Steven Wallace, Managing Director and Vice President, Stewardship and Partnerships, and Rebecca DuFault, Principal.

Steven Wallace brings 28 years of philanthropy experience to his work in executive search and leadership consulting with clients. Throughout his career, Steven has helped some of the nation’s most prestigious healthcare and higher education institutions expand their programs and achieve their philanthropic goals. Previously he served as an associate vice president in the Office of Philanthropy at City of Hope (COH), working with major donors and leading a team of fundraisers focused on the Hematologic Malignancies Research Institute. He was a member of the leadership team at COH’s Division of Health Equities, helping to lead development for both internal and external DE&I programs.

Rebecca DuFault is a Principal at ZRG with nearly 25 years of experience in advancement leadership across leading academic medical centers. Before joining ZRG, Rebecca spent her career inside some of the nation’s most respected healthcare and research institutions, bringing an operator’s perspective to the leadership challenges organizations face today. She brings deep expertise in campaign strategy, donor relations, and organizational design. Her leadership roles at Mass General Brigham, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center included guiding multi-billion dollar campaign strategies and helping development teams raise more than one billion dollars annually. As Associate Vice President, she helped lead The Dana-Farber Campaign, which raised $2.5 billion dollars from nearly one million donors worldwide.
